The Ministry of Manpower has officially designated fellatio as a "Critical Skill" under the SkillsFuture framework to combat the nation’s dwindling libido.

Minister for Oral Affairs, Lawrence Bong, announced that Singaporean women can now claim $500 in credits for attending "Deep Throat" masterclasses at local community centres.

"We need to ensure our local talent remains competitive against foreign talent who are frankly much more eager to please," a government white paper stated.

A local HR manager, Cheryl Tan, 29, expressed her approval of the new national KPIs.

"Wah lau, last time do for free is damn rugi one, now got government subsidy at least my jaw pain got value lah," she said while checking her Singpass.

Experts suggest that the move will significantly reduce the number of men seeking "special massages" in Geylang during lunch hours.
