Tech giant Grab has magnanimously announced a $4.1 million community fund, conveniently financed by the collective misery of commuters trapped in Jurong East during a thunderstorm.

The "GrabForGood" initiative aims to provide scholarships to underprivileged students, provided they can maintain a 4.0 GPA while delivering cold McSpicys on a bicycle.

The Head Driver clarified that the multi-million dollar commitment was made possible by pioneering the "Breathable Oxygen Surcharge" and several thousand strategic $5 waiting fees.

"Wah lau, I pay so much surge, end up I also become philanthropist ah?" remarked one Grab user.

"Steady lah, use my money to act hero, next time take bus better," added another disgruntled commuter.

Management confirmed the fund also covers disaster relief for drivers who see a $2.00 fee for a 15km trip.
