Singapore’s latest tourism initiative is booming as Malaysian youths flock across the Causeway to provide a complimentary door-to-door valuables collection service.

One lucky victim, terrified by a phone call from a fake bank, happily handed over $80,000 in gold bracelets to a 21-year-old runner for "safekeeping."

Apparently, Singaporeans are so conditioned to fear the "Ministry of Law" that they will physically hand their life savings to a total stranger in a T-shirt if he mentions money laundering.

"He say he from gahmen what, I give him my gold lor, then he run away damn fast sia, so athletic!" the victim remarked.

Authorities are impressed by this new Malaysian export: "Human ATM" runners who specialise in relieving Sinkies of their heavy, burdensome jewellery.
