Mandai Wildlife Reserve has upgraded its safety protocols to include lethal force against any staff member wearing a polyester animal costume.

During the latest drill, a low-level marketing intern dressed as a sun bear was hunted through the Fragile Forest for three hours to simulate realistic "containment."

Management insists that unless the intern feels the cold steel of a barrel against their fuzzy synthetic head, the exercise lacks the necessary "kiasu" spirit.

"Eh, the lion costume so hot, then the uncle still want to chase me with the net," complained one traumatised temp staff.

"I tell him, 'Uncle, relax lah, I only earn seven dollars an hour, don't need to tackle so hard right?'"

Visitors were reportedly delighted, mistaking the brutal takedown for a new interactive "Survival of the Fittest" exhibit.
