Rare Sunday Migration of Cardboard-Nesting Helpers Baffles Parks Board
The National Parks Board has declared a "State of Nature Emergency" as thousands of domestic species emerge from their HDB burrows every Sunday morning.
These migratory helpers congregate in dense colonies at Lucky Plaza, marking their territory with elaborate cardboard fortifications and Tupperware displays.
"Siao liao, so many of them until cannot walk, like National Geographic sia," remarked local resident, Lim Ah Huat.
Experts suggest this weekly infestation is driven by a primal urge to consume home-cooked fried chicken and perform TikTok rituals in high-traffic public spaces.
"I tell you ah, they even more territorial than the macaques; try to take their picnic spot and you see what happen," warned wildlife enthusiast, Tan Bee Lan.
Authorities recommend that "true blue" citizens avoid these habitats unless they wish to be forcibly recruited into a spontaneous synchronized dance routine.
