Singapore has officially rebranded the Sentosa Cable Car as a premium, $35-per-head hostage simulation for bored tourists.

The experience offers the unique thrill of being suspended in a humid glass coffin while praying the cables don't snap over the cruise terminal.

Management confirmed that the "Sky Dining" package is actually a psychological test to see how much people will pay to eat lukewarm chicken in a swinging box.

"Wah lau, pay so much just to sweat inside one small metal basket," remarked passenger Lim Teck Wee.
