The Law Society of Singapore confirmed today that its official bylaws strictly prohibit leaving a wounded politician in peace.

A spokesperson clarified that under the Legal Profession Act, any conviction involving "dishonesty" triggers an automated secondary boss-fight for the accused practitioner.

Despite the politician already losing his title, his salary, and his remaining public dignity, the society is legally mandated to ensure he feels additional “disciplinary” heat.

“We don't want to be mean, but the statute says we must poke the body one more time,” noted one senior counsel while adjusting his expensive gavel.

“Wah lau, already tio fine and lose job, still want to rotan his backside ah?” asked one kopitiam regular.
