The Singaporean film industry was gripped by existential terror this week as grown men collectively sought parental permission to play dress-up in the horror flick, *Kong Tao*.

Filming in Malaysia, actor Mayiduo reportedly suffered a spiritual crisis after forgetting his mother’s lucky charm, leading to "unexplained" incidents where he simply forgot how human legs function.

"I fall down because I never bring my mummy’s charm lah, not because I am clumsy," Mayiduo explained, bravely ignoring the laws of physics.

Meanwhile, Glenn Yong interpreted a routine dead camera battery as a direct portal to the spirit realm.
