A visionary Singaporean collector has redefined "Gotta Catch 'Em All" by attempting to capture a $960 Shining Celebi using only the magnetic pull of his trousers.

The suspect, sporting a "recruit-chic" haircut that screams "allowance not enough," was intercepted at Suntec after the rare card mysteriously phased through a plastic binder and into his pocket.

When confronted, the aspiring Team Rocket member offered the ironclad legal defence that he simply "didn’t mean to" and had "accidentally" shoplifted before.
