After thirteen years of crying on command and playing various versions of the same legal executive, a prominent Hong Kong actress has finally fled the TVB plantation.

The former beauty pageant runner-up announced her departure via a nauseatingly poetic Instagram post, claiming she is “stepping into the wilderness.”

Panicked Sinkies, however, interpret “wilderness” as a code word for Singapore, sparking fears she might descend upon local screens to salvage our tragic 9pm dramas.
