Tokyo Dome City Attractions has issued a formal apology to park guests after a 24-year-old worker’s decision to get crushed by the "Flying Balloon" ride resulted in a five-hour mechanical delay.

Witnesses say the attraction, which features 12 rotating seats, achieved a new level of "high-octane realism" as the employee became a human gasket between the pillar and the descending machinery.

“I thought the crunching sounds were part of the 4D experience,” said one Singaporean tourist who was waiting in line with a twelve-dollar squid on a stick.

“It was a bit inconsiderate of her to block the gears for five hours, but the way her ladder buckled under the weight of corporate negligence was truly peak Japanese aesthetics.”

Management confirmed that the worker will be posthumously charged for the cleaning fees required to scrape her off the central pillar, citing a strict "no littering" policy inside the park.

Safety inspectors concluded that the ride performed perfectly, proving that the machinery is indeed much stronger than the fragile hopes and bones of a Gen Z employee.

The park is now considering a permanent "Human Sandwich" upgrade to the ride to keep the TikTok crowds engaged during future equipment failures.

“In Singapore, we just have boring workplace fatalities,” the tourist added.
