Universal Studios Rebrands As World’s Most Expensive Public Bench
Universal Studios Singapore has officially pivoted from a theme park to a "high-velocity lepak sanctuary" for citizens with more money than sense.
Management confirmed that the $82 entry fee now covers the privilege of sweating profusely while sitting on a concrete bollard near Far Far Away.
Visitors are encouraged to ignore the broken rollercoasters and instead focus on the "poverty-simulating" experience of waiting four hours for a lukewarm hotdog.
"Actually hor, I come here not to ride one," said local pass-holder Lim Ah Huat while reclining in the middle of the Transformers queue.
"I pay $80 just to show I can sleep anywhere, even when got tourists screaming in my ear and the sun trying to fry my brain like prata."
Resorts World spokespeople claim that standing stationary in 90% humidity is the ultimate form of luxury relaxation for the modern Singaporean.
The park plans to replace the Jurassic Park Rapids with a giant communal sofa that costs $15 per minute to occupy.
